Can I test the software for free?
Yes, you can test the software for free if no one in your organization is already using it. Simply create a free account at app.mpassist.ai. You will receive a 10-day trial version. After that, a Key Account Manager will contact you to assist with onboarding.
How can I create an account?
If you do not have an account yet, you can create one at app.mpassist.ai. If someone in your organization already has an account, they can add you as a user via the settings in our web app.
How can I add a new user?
Navigate to the settings page in our web app and select the "Users" section. Here, you can add as many users as you like.
How can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address. You will then receive instructions on how to reset your password.
Can the dictation be saved temporarily?
No, dictations are not saved temporarily. Ensure that the audio file is fully uploaded before completing the recording. Otherwise, the file will be lost and must be recorded again.
Can I overwrite the audio file while dictating?
No, you cannot overwrite the file. However, you can listen to previous recordings in the web player and then continue recording.
How can I edit a report?
You can edit reports directly in our web app by clicking on the edit icon. Alternatively, you can download reports as Word documents, edit them locally, and save them. Please note that changes made to Word documents are not stored in our system.
How are new tools unlocked?
New tools are automatically unlocked for all users. Whether you choose to use these tools is up to you.
Can I add tokens myself?
Yes, the administrator can add tokens via the web app. Click on the "Add Tokens" button in the menu. You will receive an invoice, and once the payment is received, the tokens will be credited.
Are the data encrypted?
Yes, all data is end-to-end encrypted. Our servers are located in Switzerland. We are GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001 certified.
How can I submit a report template?
Contact your Key Account Manager and send them the desired report template. We will manually add this template for you.
What should I do if the software does not work?
Using MPAssist in a standard browser:
Clear your browser cache and cookies. You can find instructions on the Apple Support page.
Open MPAssist via this link.
Saved MPAssist on your home screen:
Remove the MPAssist icon from your home screen.
Clear cache and cookies and reopen MPAssist.
Add MPAssist back to your home screen.
Further steps:
Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Feature Flags.
Click "Reset all to default" and briefly enable and disable the "Enable experimental network loader."

Create a screenshot or a detailed description of the error and send it to enrico@mpassist.ai.
Important: A stable internet connection is required for the web app to function correctly.
